We accept cash and most major credit cards. Payment in full is due upon completion of your service. All sales of goods and services are final. Many factors determine the final price of your services, including length, thickness and condition of your hair, amount of products used and many other things. Our clients are rewarded for continued patronage with us thus their price may not be a reflection of our current prices. This means your price may not be the same or as low as your friend’s price if she has been a client with us for quite some time. We will gladly quote your estimated price prior to you obtaining any service upon request. With 30+ years of experience in the beauty profession and 20+ years educating, mentoring and helping other cosmetologists grow, you can rest assured you are getting the best service possible!
If, however for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you received, please kindly contact us. If email is your preferred way of contact, you can email the owner at RelaxSalonAndSpaConcord @ gmail.com. We stand behind our work completely. You will be asked to come into the salon at a time convenient for both of us within the first week following your service so that we can assess your concerns. We will need to see your hair for ourselves in order to best determine why you are unhappy. We will do whatever it takes to satisfy you if we have done something wrong. Please understand that it is necessary for you to let us see your hair within one week of the service and before you let anyone else do anything to it. If you do not come in for us to see it, then we assume you are happy with your hair as it was done.
The health and integrity of your hair is our number one concern. If we feel that your hair is not healthy or strong enough for a service you are requesting, we will refuse to provide that service to you until the time the condition of your hair has improved.
Children brought into the salon must be supervised by an adult at all times. Our salon is not childproof so we must insist that children remain seated with adult supervision during the time they are here.
After hours days and times are available for special occasions. An additional fee may be assessed for these off hours.
